Your Role:

• Assist the Primary Homeroom Teacher in classroom instruction and small-group learning.
• Support base activities that cater to differentiated learning needs.
• Help with classroom management, student engagement, and lesson preparation.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist in school activities, events, and administrative tasks.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field
• Experience working with children or in an educational setting
• Enthusiastic and eager to support student learning
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Experience with Finnish or international curricula (preferred)
