Your Role:
- Create a stimulating and nurturing environment for children aged 2-6.
- Implement Finnish-inspired early childhood approaches, focusing on social-emotional learning, independence, and creativity.
- Design engaging, play-based lessons that foster curiosity and exploration.
- Collaborate with teacher assistants and specialists to ensure holistic child development.
- Support differentiation by leading base activities that cater to individual learning needs.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Native English speaker
- Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching in kindergarten
- Passion for student-centered and play-based learning
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with Finnish or international curricula (preferred)
