Are you a patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic educator who loves working with young children? Finnway International School Phuket is looking for a Kindergarten Teaching Assistant to support our youngest learners in a warm, play-based, and inquiry-driven environment.
Your Role:
- Assist the Kindergarten Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities and student engagement.
- Help set up the classroom and prepare learning materials to support hands-on, play-based activities.
- Supervise students during playtime, transitions, and snack time while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Support differentiation by working with students in base activities that cater to individual learning needs.
- Encourage social-emotional development through positive interactions and conflict resolution.
- Assist with observations and student assessments to track progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a cohesive and stimulating learning environment.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Enthusiastic and eager to support play-based learning.
- Ability to assist with differentiated learning activities in a structured environment.
- A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Finnish or international curricula (preferred)
