Teacher Assistants for Primary Levels

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistants to join our team at Finnway International School Phuket. As a Teacher Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to teachers in the classroom, as well as helping to create a positive and supportive learning environment for students. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field 
• 2+ years of experience teaching in a primary school setting or working with children 
• Strong understanding of Finnish-Style Teaching and Learning  
• Are naturally caring, fun, enthusiastic, self-motivated, resourceful, and positive individuals who can lead and work well in a team. 
• Genuinely care about supporting students’ well-being and personalized development and can motivate and inspire them to achieve their full potential. 

• Have enthusiasm for making student activities engaging, fun, relevant, enjoyable, and challenging. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Passion for teaching and learning 

 Responsibilities: 

• Provide support to teachers in the classroom 
• Help to create a positive and supportive learning environment for students 
• Committed to helping students reach their full potential. 

• Work with parents to ensure that their children are achieving their full potential 
• Assist with administrative tasks
