What an incredible four weeks it has been at Finnway International School’s Phuket Summer Camp – hands-down the best holiday camp experience in Phuket!

From creativity-filled mornings to exciting field trips and non-stop outdoor fun, our 2025 Summer Camp gave children the chance to explore, discover, create, and connect – both inside the classroom and out in the world around them.

Week 1 – A Cultural Start at the Peranakan Museum

Our campers kicked things off with a deep dive into Phuket’s colourful history. A visit to the Peranakan Museum gave the children a chance to experience traditional dress, beautiful architecture, and the vibrant cultural heritage that makes our island so unique. Hands-on learning at its finest – full of curiosity, connection, and wide-eyed discovery!

Week 2 – Floating Fun at Intara Farm Agro Tourism

From kayaking through peaceful mangroves and creating sweet Thai treats to tie-dye crafts, fish feeding, and beach clean-ups, Week 2 was a full-on outdoor adventure. Campers even discovered how pearls are made! It was an unforgettable blend of learning, play, and environmental awareness – all in one action-packed day.

Week 3 – Digging Into Tradition at Old Phuket Farm

It was muddy boots and big smiles as our campers got stuck into local traditions at Old Phuket Farm. Tin panning, rice planting, coconut dessert making, meeting buffalo, and learning how rubber is made – every moment was filled with authentic Thai farm life. A heartfelt thank you to the Old Phuket Farm team – those pineapple lollies were legendary!

Week 4 – Underwater Wonders and Optical Illusions

We wrapped up our summer in spectacular style with a double field trip!
Morning: Exploring marine life at Aquaria Phuket, where campers came face-to-face with coral reefs, curious reptiles, playful mammals – and even spotted a real-life merman!
Afternoon: The magic continued at the Trick Eye Museum, where the students walked on walls, posed with dragons, and immersed themselves in Phuket’s first 3D augmented reality experience. A perfect final day filled with creativity, laughter, and a little bit of illusionary magic!
